Nomad Studio partnered with Logan Simpson to develop guidelines for visitor services and interpretation for the Bureau of Land Management in Wyoming. The guidelines focus on four congressionally designated historic trails including the California, Mormon Pioneer, Oregon, and Pony Express National Historic Trails. Guidance is aimed at improving wayside exhibits at 30 historically significant sites across Wyoming. Additional media recommendations focus on Apps, audio/visual content, tactile and sculptural elements, and brochures.

The planning effort included stakeholder engagement, research, and conceptual site design aimed at improving interpretation and visitor services while protecting cultural resources.
